車載移動破碎站工作原理

　　物料經給料機均勻輸送到破碎機內，鄂式破碎機作初步破碎后，通過圓振動篩構成閉路系統，實現物料的循環破碎，成品物料由輸送機輸出，進行連續破碎作業。輪胎顎破移動破碎站可以根據實際生產需要去除圓振動篩，實現對物料直接進行初步破碎，與其他破碎設備配套使用操作方便、靈活。

一、振動給料機

本機是利用振動原理進行給料的設備。具有給料均勻，安全，節省人工，提高產量，保證破碎設備不受損壞，壽命延長之功能。

二、顎式破碎機

凡硬度≤2000kg/cm２的材料，如玄武巖、花崗巖等，先用顎式破碎機進行一級破碎。然后進入錘式破碎機進行二級破碎。

三、錘式破碎機

凡硬度≤2000kg/cm２的材料，如石灰石、磷礦石等可由給料機直接進入錘式破碎機進行破碎。

四、篩分設備

篩分設備將破碎后的材料自動進行分級篩選，根據地形可選用YK型圓振動篩或平面往復篩。
